TAMMY MᶜEVOY
Tammy brings more than 18 years’ experience as a business owner, managing multiple locations, managers and teams. Her background across business ownership, management, HR, leadership and operations gives her a practical understanding of both the commercial realities facing business owners and the responsibilities that come with employing people.
Her experience in training and developing people has also been recognised at a New Zealand industry level, including a ITO New Zealand Trainer of the Year and a ITO Workplace of the Year.
Her approach is straightforward and hands-on. Tammy provides practical HR, management and operational support designed to work in the real world, whether that means advising on a specific issue, supporting an existing management team or providing ongoing fractional support.
When needed, she can also step directly into a business in an interim management or leadership capacity, helping to keep people, operations and decision-making moving through periods of leave, growth, change or restructuring.
